• We will take all photos and market your properties on every available website every day including Rentprov.com and Craigslist.org
• We will take all phone calls and pre-screen every tenant before showing them any unit
• We will run all reference checks and credit checks prior to calling the owner of any property
• Upon satisfactory completion of application process we will secure a deposit for your unit and place it in our escrow account
• We will then call you to let you know who the tenant is, what their credit looks like, where they work, and all other details for you to make an educated decision on whether to rent to them
• Upon your approval we will schedule a lease signing as well as a move in date with prospective tenants
• We will then sign all appropriate paperwork with the tenants and complete the rental transaction
• Upon completion of rental transaction you will receive a signed lease, applications, lead disclosures, any additional paperwork and a check either by mail or in person
